ACCESS MEDIQUIP APPOINTS EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF Payer SALES AND SERVICES

HOUSTON - January 30, 2009 -- Access MediQuip, LLC, the nation's first and largest provider of outsourced medical implantable device management solutions to the health care industry, announced today that it has appointed Carmen Fontanez to the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Payer Sales and Services. In her new role, Ms. Fontanez will lead the company's strategic initiatives and operations that serve hundreds of health plans across the country. Ms. Fontanez brings to Access MediQuip more than 15 years of experience selling and managing therapies for national healthcare clients. Prior to joining Access MediQuip, she was Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Management for CuraScript Pharmacy, Inc., an Express-Scripts Company. There, she directed contracting and re-contracting efforts for more than 500 Payer clients.

Ms. Fontanez also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Woodland Hospital located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Ms. Fontanez holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Master's degree in Science from the University Of Illinois, Chicago.
