ACCESS MEDIQUIP CELEBRATES 10TH ANNIVERSARY.

HOUSTON, TEXAS, September 10, 2007 -- Access MediQuip L.L.C. this month celebrates the 10th anniversary of its founding in 1997. Bill Cramer, Access MediQuip founder and chief executive officer, will preside over a ceremony at its corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas. Each of the company's 100 employees will be presented a special anniversary gift in recognition of their contribution to Access MediQuip's success.

As an implantable device sales representative in 1997, Mr. Cramer recognized the healthcare industry's need for improved access to implantable devices and founded Access MediQuip as an outsourced provider solution. The company's services minimize the financial risk associated with device acquisition costs and increase accessibility to implantable devices for Access' customers by leveraging the company's extensive expertise in all aspects of the distribution, authorization and reimbursement of implantable devices.

In August 2006, Water Street Healthcare Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, completed an investment for a majority ownership stake in Access MediQuip. The investment by Water Street Healthcare Partners has helped Access MediQuip expand its business to additional facilities, manufacturers and payers, while also enhancing the company's information technology capabilities to drive greater efficiencies in its service model.
